This section is here to help you figure out how to access the invoices/receipts associated with your account.
  • Chibbz sends potential hirers emails of opting for a four-day trial period as an invitation to scrutinize our website, customer services, marketing strategy and other applications. The offer code is to be added on your credit card page and is to keep us informed about your source of hearing about our site. You might not avail the offer code at all but still, run for the trial. Contact Chibbz for more information on this matter.
  • When you post a job or perform an activity via your account that goes against our policy and is on the verge of hurting our website’s credibility then we are authorized to take actions as we deem fit. Activities like posting ads asking employees to pay for viewing an advertisement or seeking training at your centres violates our terms of use. You are advised to familiarize yourself with our policies before accessing our site.
  • 1)       Go to ‘My account’

    2)       Click on subscription in the drop-down menu followed by selecting ‘Overview’,

    3)       Once you are directed to your subscription page locate the ‘Subscription Type’ prompt in the first row

    4)       You will see the ‘View All Plans’ link on the right of the subscription type.

    5)       Upon clicking the link, you will be directed to the page containing all of Chibbz’s plans along with the prices. You will be able to compare your current subscription with the other packages available.

  • You can find the details in your account.

    1)       Sign in to your Chibbz account, and navigate to ‘My Account’ in the top section of your page. From the drop-down list choose ‘subscription’ and ‘overview’ from the subsequent list.

                 2) Your billing date and time will be mentioned on the page along with other miscellaneous information pertaining to your subscription package.
  • It means that your account is yet to be approved. Before your jobs can be posted, our Trust & Safety team runs all new account via a verification process to ensure quality and legitimacy. It usually takes a few hours after signing up to approve your account. If we need more information about your business, we will send an email asking you to call us. If you want to activate your account, you can reach us at info@chibbz.com
  • To see your traffic boost credit balance from your dashboard, you must log in and scroll to the bottom of your page screen. You will see your traffic boost credit balance there. To buy more traffic boost credits click on the “Get More” link. Please note that you will lose you will lose your Traffic Boost credits if you fail to use them before your current subscription expires.
  • Yes, Chibbz users are authorized to this facility. Follow these steps:

    1)       Sign in to your Chibbz account, and navigate to ‘My Account’ in the top section of your page. From the drop-down list choose ‘subscription’ and ‘overview’ from the subsequent list.

    2)       Click on ‘view all plans’ located on the right of the subscription type section.

    3)       The page will contain all necessary details regarding the subscription plans. You can choose to ’upgrade’ or ‘downgrade’ depending on your desire to change plans.

    You are also welcome to contact our customer support team in order to learn more about these packages.
  • Yes. Our users are authorized to deactivate the package any time they want. In case you do not, the package will activate itself. If you deselect the automatic renewal of the subscription then your account will be rendered dormant. Users are also authorized to activate or deactivate subscriptions that are bill the users monthly at will. Once you cancel the automated renewal you will not be required to pay any more fees.

    To deactivate automated renewal, study these instructions:

    1)       Sign in to your Chibbz account, and navigate to ‘My Account’ in the top section of your page. From the drop-down list choose ‘subscription’ and ‘overview’ from the subsequent list.

    2)       Navigate to ‘Automatic Renewal’. Choose the ‘Cancel Auto-Renewal’ option located here in blue.

     

    What is the time period for my monthly subscription renewals?

    You monthly subscriptions will renew every month calculated from the date you opted for one. Hence if your subscription date was June 4th, then July 4th will be your next renewal date.

      
  • Chibbz authorizes its user's job slots based on the subscription that they opt-in. you can run a free trial of our site to get a sound idea of how our subscriptions work. You can view your subscription plan and other associated information via the following steps:

    1)       Sign in to your Chibbz account, and navigate to ‘My Account’ in the top section of your page. From the drop-down list choose ‘subscription’ and ‘overview’ from the subsequent list.

               2)  Your subscription page will contain all necessary details regarding your subscription, the available slots, the validity period, pricing etc.
  • Invoice billing only holds valid for longer-term billings which come with discounts. However monthly billings will require you to pay via credit card. Contact our website to resolve more queries regarding this.
  • When you signed up for a free trial, you selected your billing term. You can see the plan you chose by going to “My Account,” clicking on “Subscription” and then scrolling down to “Overview.” Here you will find your next billing date, terms, and other details about your plan.
  • Referral credits can you used to pay for subscription costs. To check how many credits you have:

          Tap the “Account Settings” button, scroll to “Subscription” and click “Overview. At the bottom of your subscription details, you will find the “Referral Credit” area. It will show you how much credit you have.

  • Upon termination of your trial period, you will be automatically charged for a subscription. You can cancel the subscription or continue as you like. To view details regarding the activation date of your subscription you need to

    1)       Sign in to your Chibbz account, and navigate to ‘My Account’ in the top section of your page. From the drop-down list choose ‘subscription’ and ‘overview’ from the subsequent list.

                   2) View the details regarding your subscription date, the billing date, the charges included etc.
  • You can only use invoicing on extended plans up to three-month terms or more. Invoices Net 30 terms and must be paid for in one payment, in full. Invoices can be paid for with your account by using check or credit card and following these steps:

          To pay with your credit card, click on “My Account,” scroll down and click “Subscription,” then “Invoices/Receipts.”

          Select the “Invoice ID” number, then go below it and click on “Pay by Credit Card.”

     
  • Once your billing term expires, your subscription will be automatically renewed. Automatic renewal allows your job ads to remain posted and grants you uninterrupted and constant access to your resume database. At the expiration of your billing term, your account will be charged on the very same day.
  • You can prevent your subscription from automatically renewing by turning it off at any time. Your account will become inactive from your next billing date after you turn off automatic renewal. To turn it off

          Go to “My Account,” scroll down and click on “Subscription,” and then          “Overview.”

  • You can see all the information relating to your account, and manage your subscription from your Account Details page. To view this:

          Go to “My Account,” scroll down and click “Subscription,” then tap on “Overview.” Here you can find all your account details like subscription plan, billing term, number of job slots, credit card information, and number of user seats.
  • After your present subscription plan expires, any job that crosses the job slots limit of your new plan be closed automatically and removed from job boards starting from the oldest to newest. For instance, if you move from an eight job slot to a three slot plan, the oldest five jobs will be automatically closed and removed on the expiration 

    date. If you don't want the wrong jobs to be closed, try closing all excess job posts before you downgrade.

  •  All our subscriptions are automatically renewed at the expiration of every billing term. You can avoid this by turning off auto-renewal in your subscription details page. Your account status will change to inactive from your next billing date after you turn off automatic renewal.

          Go to “My Account,” scroll down and click on “Subscription,” and then “Overview.”

  • Only customers on three, six, and twelve-month plan receive invoices. If you would like to migrate to one of those plans, contact your Account Specialist or our Customer Service team at info@chibbz.com.

     

    To monitor your current payments for your records, you can view your receipts by simply;

          Clicking on “My Account,” scrolling down and clicking on “Subscription” and then “Invoices/Receipts.” You will find all your invoices/receipts for your account on this page. Click on an Invoice ID to view, pay the invoice, or print.

     

  • Account Specialists are there to help you with things like buying Traffic Boost credits, buying user seats, Resume views, and upgrading subscription plans. To view your Specialist's contact information:

          Log in, find the “Post A Job” button and click on the left to see your Account Specialist's name. Scroll over the name and scroll down to see their contact information.

  • There are monthly, three months, six months, and annual subscription plans. Use and payment for the monthly plan are done on a month-to-month basis. The three months, six months, and annual plans are based on the designated amount of time. Compared to the monthly plan, other billing options help you save more money.
