Candidates Dashboard Setting

  • This just means that the candidate failed to answer all the interview questions in your job post. You can email a candidate directly, and ask them to complete the interview questions if you want. They can view the questions by clicking “Applied Jobs” from their Job Seeker account.
  • You can manually upload candidates to your job posts. You just have to add their resumes and personal information.

    ● Log in and look for the “Candidates” tab, click on it, then scroll up and click “Add Candidate.”

    ● Fill in the required details in the form spaces, then scroll down and click “Add Candidate” to upload it.

     
  • You have the option of customizing how many candidates are displayed on each page. Simply,

    ● Scroll to “Candidates” on your dashboard menu and click it, then scroll through the menu and select a number to manage how many candidates are displayed per page. The default setting is “50,” but you can click on the small arrow and select your preferred number. Your screen will automatically refresh to display the new number after you are done.  
  • You can filter the candidates you receive on jour job posts by application date, job, label, rating, or status. To use one of these filters, simply;

    ● Scroll to the left side of your screen and click the “Candidates”                 button. This will show you all the candidates that applied for your           jobs.

    ● Go to the top of the page and click on “All Filters,” then scroll                  through the menu and select the filters you want. Click on the “Apply      Filters” button once you are done.
